Columbia Access Television
Emerging from the public access cable channel movement of the 1970’s, Vidwest Studios is a community-supported, mixed-use media center. The studio operates hand-in-hand with Columbia Access Television, which is Mid-Missouri’s public access TV channel. Watch the station on your local cable channel or livestreamed on Twitch.
COMO Shorts
Como Shorts is an annual film showcase for Missouri audiences to meet local filmmakers. Emphasizing works created in Missouri, as well as films made by Missouri-based filmmakers, we program works to give equal opportunity for both professional, student and aspiring filmmakers. DIGITAL STORYTELLING WORKSHOP
The Vidwest Digital Storytelling Workshop gives young filmmakers a crash course in indie filmmaking. This annual workshop aims to lift up young filmmakers and give their cinematic dreams flight in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
